NOTE :
  1. Team Booth or Vendor Booth registration must be made online through the official registration webpage.
  2. Any fees paid for Team/Vendor Booth are not refundable.
  3. To set-up the booth, Teams or Vendors must be self sufficient and provide individual/personal facilities,including the the booth/tent itself and all necessary fittings. The booth size must not exceed twelve-by-twelve feet (12’x14’) per plot. For bigger booth, the Team/Vendor must make an application/request for two (2) plots.
  4. Teams/Vendors must install their booths not later than 8.00am on Evet/Race Day. All motor vehicles must leave the Event Square at 8.00.am to make way for the event to start. Motor vehicles are not allowed to enter the Event Square after 8.00am.

BOOTH SIZE & DIMENSION


TERMS & CONDITIONS : For Team Booth And/Or Vendor Booth at Event Venue


  1. On registering for each Event, Team and/or Vendor shall agree to the following Terms and Conditions,and any other conditions set forth by the Organizer of the Mountainbiker.my); NEASA Creative Integrant.
  2. The Organizer, from time to time reserves the right to amend, revise and/or omit any part of or the entire Terms & Conditions which will be deemed necessary.
    A notice of such amendments, revisions and/or omissions shall be made through the official website of the Event and/or via official email communication.
  3. Team Booth or Vendor Booth registration must be made online through the official registration webpage.
  4. Any fees paid for Team/Vendor Booth are not refundable.
  5. Teams or Vendors are only allowed to set-up booth at/on the designated area provided by the Organizer.
    Teams/Vendors must make an online application/request for the specific booth plot. Once the plot is verified to be available, Team/Vendor must make the confirmation online immediately.
  6. To set-up the booth, Teams or Vendors must be self sufficient and provide individual/personal facilities,including the the booth itself and all necessary fittings. The booth size must not exceed twelve-by-twelve feet (12’x14’) per plot. For bigger booth, the Team/Vendor must make an application/request for two (2) plots.
  7. Supply of electricity is not provided. If the the Team/Vendor requires such facility, a special request must be made in advance and, cash deposits and charges for rental, installation and services will be applicable.
  8. Teams/Vendors must install their booths not later than 8.00am on Evet/Race Day. All motor vehicles must leave the Event Square at 8.00.am to make way for the event to start. Motor vehicles are not allowed to enter the Event Square after 8.00am.
  9. If the Team/Vendor installed the booth over-night of a day prior to the Event/Race Day, the Organizer will not be reponsible to any damages of losses suffered by Team/Vendor.
  10. Team’s or Vendor’s banners & promotional materials.
    Teams and Vendors are allowed to set-up banners & promotional materials within the vicinity of each booth, i.e. not more than two (2) feet from each booth. Any banners or promotional materials place beyond the designated area around each booth will be removed and/or confiscated or disposed without prior notice.
  11. Installation of banners & promotional materials beyond the free limit area.
    1. Team or Vendors can make an official request to set-up banners or promotional materials around the Event Venue through the Event Promotional and Sponsorship Package. The request must be made according to the terms and conditions of the Promotional and Advertising Activities at mountainbiker.my.     2. Banners & promotional materials shall include, but not limited to, any form of canvas (removable) banners, buntings, beach flags and any objects such as mascot, promotional vehicle or any form of inflatable advertising balloon or sky balloon. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the Promotional and Advertising Activities at Document Directories.
  12. Team’s/Vendor’s personal vehicle.
    1. All vehicles must be parked at the designated parking area.
    2. Should the Team/Vendor require to position their vehicle at the booth for promotional activity purposes, it must be placed within the Team’s/Vendor’s booth allocation. Hence, the Team/Vendor must request for more than one (1) unit of booth allocation. The vehicle must fit into the allocated plot(s).
    3. The vehicle placed in the allocated plot MUST be relevant to the purpose of the Team/Vendor such as food truck, mobile workshop, or specially-built technical support vehicle, and not simply for easy parking. Any vehicle placed at the booth plot without any purpose will be asked to be removed and no refund will made.
  13. Each Team/Vendor is responsible to clean-up the booth upon completion of the Event. The Organizer is not reposnsible for any material left behind. All materials left behind after the completion will be disposed-off immediately.
  14. The Team/Vendor agrees that participating or being present at the Event is at the Team’s/Vendor’s own risk. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any losses or injury, physical or financial suffered by the Team/Vendor, directly or indirectly, consequent to the Team’s/Vendor’s involvement in the Event.
  15. If the Event is cancelled because of circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer, including but not limited to unsafe weather conditions or authoritative/governmental ban/restriction, the Team/Vendor agrees that the Organizer is not obliged to make any refund of the Registration Fees, and it will be at the absolute discretion of the Organizer to make any refund.
